高校资源总量不足与事业快速发展、投入相对不足与资源效益不高的矛盾仍很突出。该文从科学投入、构建平台、共建共用、开放共享、提高效益的视角,探讨了解决上述矛盾、全面提高资源配置有效性和使用效益的途径。

However,the contradictions between insufficient resources and rapid development;the inadequate investment and lower resource benefit are still prominent.From the view of the science investment,platform construction,opening and sharing,enhancing the efficiency of practice,this article discusses and probes into the above contradictions and tries to find the solution to raise the resourses collocation validity and increase the effectiveness and efficiency.
